" Fine binding in fine dust jacket with a touch of spotting at fore-edges. No previous owner inscriptions. John Bach has been member of the Australian Institute of Navigation since 1950. He was founding member of the Australian Association of Maritime History and is co-editor of The Great Circle. The Facsimile comprises 105 pages and is presented on grey paper to highlight the journal contents which are a journal, log and navigational record of the journey. The book includes 28 pages of Navigational Calculations and 6 pages listing the names of the Mutineers. There is a fold-out map in pristine condition, a two-page colour photo of "Bligh and others being set adrift on the morning of April 28 1789, from the colour engraving by Robert Dodd", plus additional photos, images and diagrams. Protected by clear, archival sleeve. 336 pp.
