A rare book found only in a handful of libraries around the world and even fewer private collections. Dedicated to William Pitt. Contents near fine/strong, clean & tight internally; not foxed; with wear/rubbing to spine/boards/corners, & a small indentation to front board which is size of pen head. Gilt titles & ruled bands to spine. Algarotti is considered the preeminent critic of early Opera. 182pp.
